Why Work with Beyond Baby Fitness, LLC?
The goal of Beyond Baby Fitness, LLC is to help women of all fitness levels in and around the “pregnancy year” to move beyond the real and perceived constraints that prevent the achievement of fitness goals. For women who are pregnant, the pregnancy year is often defined as the nine months of pregnancy and the first three months postpartum. Beyond Baby Fitness, LLC (BBF) will work with women before, during and after pregnancy to create fitness plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each individual woman. The overriding goal of BBF is to work with women to make fitness a part of the day-to-day routine of their lives – and to figure out how to do this even after you have kids! The goal is to see women become independent in exercise program ratherthan creating dependencies on a trainer. References available upon request.
Why Hire a Personal Trainer?
Given the physical, emotional and life changes that occur before, during and after pregnancy, many women find it helpful to have more focused one-on-one training during the pregnancy year. BBF offers single sessions, month packs and three-month packs of in-home, one-on-one personal training to help women stay strong, active and healthy during their pregnancy. The focus of training sessions will be to maintain or increase core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. While the training sessions are ideally once a week, women are encouraged to continue their home programs on the days they are not working out with the trainer.
